Not at all. Be.Holistic is here to complement professional care, not replace it. It helps you feel more informed, consistent, and clear — so you can have better conversations with the people who support you.
How is this different from a tracking app?
Be.Holistic isn’t just about input and output. It’s conversational, reflective, and custom to your needs. You don’t have to log everything — you can just ask, check in, or reflect when you feel ready.

How should I use the GPT?
